Lead Designer for company's intranet site, hosting more than 100 departments and groups. Redesigned entire site following complete overhaul of corporate branding. Involved in all phases of the project, from concept to production.

Collaborated with WDCP marketing department to conceptualize and design internal web page templates developed to help organize package designs, hangs tags, and store displays of all Disney's softline retail merchandise.

Designed and implemented a site-wide redesign, which included the site's user interface and layout. Developed and conducted the usability testing for the site, while also managing the design work flow, from the creation of mock-ups to the HTML, CSS and Javascript coding.

Designed various sections of the Care2 site and implemented a site-wide redesign. Met weekly with the executive management team to coordinate and invoke a projects priority list, which required me to properly schedule and queue projects to insure completion by their deadline.

Managed the site's overall look and feel. Responsible for creating and producing CM's navigational interface design, ad banners, and animations.
