| How do I delete my Mailshell account? |
- To delete your account, enter your username and the last 4 digits of the credit card you used with Mailshell and click the "Delete Account" button.
- This will delete all messages, email addresses, and subscriptions you have. If you have an @mailshell.com address or Mailshell subdomain, they will no longer be usable, even if you create a new account. If you have a registered domain, it will continue to be registered for the current term, but no refunds will be given.
- Tip: If you aren't sure which credit card you used or didn't give a credit card, the best option is to request a new password, then return to the previous page and try deleting again.
