| How do I return to my free account? |
- To return to your free account and receive an automatic refund, enter your username and either your password or the last 4 digits of the credit card you used most recently at Mailshell, then click the "Submit" button.
- If you upgraded within the last 30 days, your Premium account will be cancelled and your free account will be restored. You will lose access to all Premium features and receive an automatic refund to your credit card. If you registered a new domain, it will continue to be registered for the current term, but any email addresses you created with it will be deleted and the registration fee will not be refunded.
- Tip: If you forgot your password, you can request a new password.
