Submit your nominated customer by December 31, 2003

CUSTOMER SUCCESS: Written or Webcast customer success story to be used on VERITAS.com and in print.
REWARD: $1000 will be awarded to the first 12 sales team members that identify a customer agreeing to participate in reference activity completed by February 2004.
CUSTOMER PROFILE: Customers need to have been deployed for three months, or 'new wins' in Q4, and willing to discuss why they purchased one of the following VERITAS solutions: VERITAS I3 Products or VERITAS Opforce on Windows, Linux, AIX, or HP platforms or EMC replacements on any platform.
HOW TO NOMINTATE YOUR CUSTOMER: Submit your lead to the Customer Reference Group at custrefprograms@veritas.com. The following information must be provided: customer's level of participation, products purchased, size of the deal, and customer contact information. Nomination deadline is December 31, 2003
HOW DOES IT WORK: A Customer Reference Group team member will follow up with you to review and further qualify your submission. We will provide you with a program participation form for the customer to sign. We will work with you to answer some basic questions about the customer deployment and to set up a joint customer call to discuss the reference participation options with the customer.

$1000 Cash

To qualify for the $1000, obtain customer commitment for participation in reference activities in Q4 2003 and Q1 2004. Must be submitted by December 31, 2003. USA customers only.

The reference agreement must be signed, and the reference activity completed, before the incentive bonus will be awarded.
